Flarell Rose Caldeira (she/her/hers) was born and raised in Mumbai, India. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Mumbai University. Over the past nine years she has worked in various capacities within the non-profit sector. She has previously worked with Sightsavers and International Justice Mission in India as the fundraising and donor relations officer.
Flarell has a diverse skill set with a rich background in donor relations, stakeholder liaising, resource development, advocacy, legal pre-trial client support and administrative processes. She has a passion for justice centered projects, human rights and working towards a more equitable future. She has worked in research projects for the Global Fund to End Modern Day Slavery and gathered field data of the prevalence of sex trafficking crimes in Mumbai India. She has also had the opportunity to volunteer on rescue ops in anti-sex-trafficking cases.
In her free time, Flarell likes to bake desserts, try out new bubble tea places and hang out with her family.
