Todd Monge - EDRF Project and Communications Manager

Todd Monge Web.JPGAt West Coast, Todd’s inspiration for his work comes from the connection he has with the wild places in our province. A resident of Squamish, the outdoors touch his life on a daily basis. Whether it is mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, fishing, or simply taking his dogs for a walk, he treasures the natural beauty that surrounds us in British Columbia.

As Project Manager for the Environmental Dispute Resolution Fund, Todd is able to interact directly with like-minded people who value the well-being of our natural and urban environments. For Todd, it is an inspiration to work with people across the province who make significant sacrifices in their personal lives to make BC a better place for us all.

Prior to joining West Coast, Todd spent four years working, volunteering, and travelling in Eastern and Southern Africa. As Branch Coordinator for the Wildlife and Environmental Society of Malawi his focus was on promoting wildlife preservation through direct conservation initiatives and community development project. The highlight of Todd’s time in Africa was participating in a Black Rhino conservation project to re-establish a viable population.
