Jeanette is West Coast’s Communications and Donor Relations Officer. After graduating from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Jeanette was thrilled to join the West Coast team and apply her skills to an organization with a long and established record of positive work in the community and the province at large.

Prior to joining West Coast, Jeanette worked in and among local non-profit organizations in many capacities, as a member of a development team, and as a board member of Balcone Art Society in Vancouver. Jeanette is interested in how non-profit organizations can operate and succeed to fulfill their missions, and is pleased to have the opportunity to support West Coast in it’s endeavor to act as B.C.’s legal champion for the environment.

As a lifelong resident of Vancouver, Jeanette is committed to protecting the natural beauty and ecological viability of this amazing region. When she is not serving as the Communications and Donor Relations Officer at West Coast, she enjoys exploring BC’s beautiful backcountry through trail running, hiking, wilderness camping, and ski touring.
